The issue affecting PEP and Sanction screening for customers using Moody's Grid has been resolved on Moody's side. The disruption lasted only a couple of minutes, and screening is now operating normally. Last error at 16:47 (UTC+2)
Customers with error pings enabled for these rules may see error pings generated during this short window. Customers using other screening providers were not affected.

We are currently experiencing issues with PEP and Sanction screening for customers using Moody's Grid as their screening provider, due to an issue on Moody's side. Customers using other screening providers are not affected.
For affected customers, screenings may not complete as expected, and those with error pings enabled for these rules may see error pings generated for affected screenings.
Other Pingwire functionality is not affected. We are monitoring the situation closely and will provide an update as soon as more information is available.
